Vaulting
Vaulters perform gymnastics and dance on a
moving horse. Vaulting is a
wonderful means of developing coordination, balance and strength while
working closely with horses.
Vaulters may participate as an individual
and as a member of a team in
recreational or competitive programs while learning life skills such as
teamwork, responsibility, trust and self-confidence.
Some benefits of vaulting programs include:
Safe and structured learning and growing environments for people of all ages, physical condition and mental status. Participants can take part in this sport at a minimal cost since many vaulters can share one horse. Older and younger participants work together as equals inspiring a sense of community and mutual responsibility.
Ample opportunity for whole families for
work together in a fun and creative
process.
